Cancellation Policy

I am by appointment-only, so your appointment time is reserved just for you. I understand sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, however I respectfully request at least 24 hours to cancel or reschedule an appointment. A credit card is required to secure your appointment time. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount. Any “no-show” appointments or same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service amount.
